1winph Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "1winph," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operating at the domain 1winph.cam and all associated sub-pages, services, and applications.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any natural person who registers an account on 1winph and accesses the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered player profile created on 1winph, which includes the Player's personal details, transaction history, balance, and game records.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus credits held in a Player's 1winph Account at any given time.
• "Real Money" means Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) deposited by the Player via supported payment channels, which may be wagered on games or withdrawn subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded by 1winph under promotional terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real money.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, payment functionalities, promotions, customer support, and any other features made available by 1winph.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered in eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "GCash" and "Maya" refer to the Philippine mobile wallet payment services offered by Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc. and Voyager Innovations, Inc. respectively, which are supported as deposit and withdrawal methods on 1winph.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary government body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing, registering on, or using the 1winph Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 1winph Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotional rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the 1winph Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Access to real-money gaming on the 1winph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for real-money online gaming in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations;
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements above. 1winph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To access real-money gaming Services on 1winph, you must create a single registered Account. The following rules govern Account registration and ongoing management:

• One Account per person: Each Player is permitted to maintain only one Account on 1winph. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered, 1winph reserves the right to close all but the earliest-registered account and to void any winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any additional details required for identity verification. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1winph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while you are logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify 1winph immediately via live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• Account verification (KYC): 1winph may at any time request that you complete an identity verification (Know Your Customer) process by submitting copies of government-issued identification documents. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account closure.

1winph supports a range of Philippine-local payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions on 1winph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction, subject to the limits of the selected payment method.
• Deposit processing: GCash and Maya deposits credit to your 1winph Balance instantly. Bank transfers may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the sending bank's processing cycle.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction, subject to the limits of the selected payment method.
• Withdrawal processing: Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for amounts below ₱50,000. Larger amounts and bank transfers may require additional processing time and identity verification.
• Withdrawal method matching: Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements unless they were used to claim a bonus with specific terms.
• Fees: 1winph does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 1winph's control.

1winph offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page within the Platform. The following general rules apply to all 1winph bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Players who have self-excluded or had their Account suspended are not eligible to receive or redeem bonuses.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement, minimum deposit amount, qualifying games, time limit, maximum bet size while a bonus is active, and any other material conditions. These must be read and understood before accepting a bonus.
• 1winph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinated wagering to meet requirements at artificially low risk, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account closure.
• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
• Free spins have a default win cap unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

All games available on 1winph — including slots, live dealer tables, fish arcade games, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets — are subject to their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game's information panel or on the relevant category page. By wagering on any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept those rules.

• Software RNG games: All software-based games on 1winph (slots, virtual table games, bingo number draws) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness. The outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Live dealer games: Live casino games use physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) managed by trained dealers in professionally monitored studio environments. No software algorithm determines the outcome of live dealer games.

• Malfunction policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or interruption during a game session, the affected round or bet may be voided and any wagered funds returned to the Player's Account. 1winph is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages represent the theoretical long-term return on each game over a statistically significant number of rounds. They are not a guarantee of individual session returns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1winph Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account on 1winph;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to participate in games or claim bonuses;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or undocumented game behaviors for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal purpose;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where real-money online gambling is legally prohibited;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including minors;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1winph staff or other Players through any channel including live chat or social platforms;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

All content on the 1winph Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, promotional materials, and the 1winph brand name and domain, are the intellectual property of 1winph or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from 1winph without prior written consent.

1winph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 1winph.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein.

Personal data collected by 1winph — including your name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, payment method details, and gaming activity records — is used for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and marketing communications where you have provided consent.

1winph does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable Philippine law and gaming regulations.

1winph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with tools to maintain control over their gaming activity. The Platform strictly prohibits participation by individuals under 21 years of age and by individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gaming.

The following responsible gaming tools are available within every 1winph Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss limits: Set thresholds on the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period;
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when a set amount of time has passed in an active session;
• Self-exclusion: Request temporary (30 days to 12 months) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1winph's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Money held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

1winph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or opportunity;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any game;
• Losses caused by events outside 1winph's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, Acts of God, or regulatory actions by PAGCOR or other Philippine government bodies;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to or use of your Account where you have not maintained adequate security over your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

1winph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity as described in Section 8;
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder;
• A court order, regulatory directive from PAGCOR, or other legally binding instruction requiring Account closure.

Upon Account closure for reasons attributable to the Player's breach of these Terms, 1winph reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money balances remaining after accounting for any forfeiture will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, unless subject to an active legal or regulatory hold.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 1winph customer support. Pending transactions will be completed prior to closure. Real Money balances will be returned to your verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 1winph regarding these Terms or any aspect of your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with 1winph customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

For gaming-related disputes specifically, 1winph operates in accordance with applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution guidelines. Where PAGCOR's published procedures provide for escalation to the Corporation, you may exercise those rights after exhausting 1winph's internal dispute resolution process.

1winph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects Player rights, obligations, or available Services — 1winph will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to affected Players via the registered mobile number or through a prominent notice within the Platform.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of these Terms will be updated to reflect any change.

Continued use of the 1winph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
